Fruit Farm Worker
We are seeking a flexible team player who has an attention to detail and is able to follow specific instructions. Fruit Farm Workers carry out tasks such as hand thinning, pruning, picking, and tree training. This job is physically demanding requiring the use of a ladder on slopes while carrying up to 40 lbs of apples. Workers must move quickly but also handle fruit very delicately to prevent bruising. The work environment is fast paced; therefore, successful applicants must be able to work hard and stay motivated all day long. Work is carried out in a team environment outdoors in all-weather types. This position is a 24-month contract.
Seasonal On Farm Accommodations
Our accommodations include a modular building which can accommodate up to ten people in five bedrooms with two single beds in each room. The building has 3 bathrooms with a common kitchen and living space. This building has two sets of washing machines and dryers and is equipped with air conditioning.
