Spanning 40 acres of high-density apple orchards—including Sunrise, Gala, and Ambrosia—and an additional 10-acre vineyard, we are committed to excellence in every harvest.  As a small, close-knit team, we believe in working together at all levels, embracing a hands-on approach where everyone contributes to all aspects of farm operations. JOB DESCRIPTION 

The Fruit Farm Worker assists with the general care and maintenance of trees, vines, irrigation systems, trellis and fencing systems including but not limited to the following tasks:

• Pruning
• Raking
• Planting
• Tree & vine training
• Shoot thinning
• Apple thinning
• Leaf removal
• Hedge trimming
• Colour picking apples
• Picking grapes

This work involves:

• The use of a ladder, pneumatic and electric pruning shears, hand tools and small equipment operation
• Colour picking apples
• Kneeling, bending and standing for 9 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 

No specific education required. Experience in agriculture is an asset. The applicant must be capable of working in a physically demanding environment and in all weather conditions. Hours of work average 40 hours per week with fluctuations through the year. Please note this is a 24-month contract starting June 1, 2026. 

Wage: $18.25 - $18.75/hour
